For our client, a renowned pharmaceutical company based in Rotkreuz, we are seeking a:

Scout CRM Coordinator Sales / Field Support Associate (f/m/o) 60-100%

Description:  

Support end-to-end order management process by interacting with customers, manufacturing sites, and other internal departments to ensure all orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner. Sales support specialists responsible for key sales coordination activities. Supervision and support readily available from next line manager.

Major accountabilities:

  • Leads communication on system changes so they understand the benefits and impact
  • Single point of contact providing technical expertise on how to utilise Scout functionality to its full potential. Hosts re-training sessions for business teams on any functional changes to ensure they are able to adapt it easily
  • Keep close contact to SuperUser Community
  • Manage, maintain and update CRM system
  • Support field force on CRM where required
  • Provide technical or functional trouble-shooting and administration of the system mainly for CH Field Force but also other departments)
  • Perform and execute relevant test scripts to ensure data migration has occurred as expected. Ensure any re-testing is done in a timely manner and realign stakeholders if this is not completed to expectations
  • Responsible for training end users on the Scout functionalities to ensure successful utilization and adoption of the tool
  • Single point of contact for capturing feedback, issues and/or defects within the System
  • Assists in conducting system Adoption reviews from process & system point of view
  • Keep close contact with SuperUser Community

KPIs:

  • Full compliance with required standards and policies (NFCM controls)
  • Compliance with order management deadlines
  • Process performance (e.g. order confirmation, confirm dates in the past)
  • End-users trained according to the agreed training plan
  • Acceptance and user uptake of Scout
  • Local business acceptance of the Scout strategy, vision and systems implemented
  • Scout adoption and sustained system usage
  • Achieve high levels of collaboration and good working relationship with Sales Teams, Commercial IT, Regional Scout team, Local Marketing, CRM and data owners
  • Event creation according to local regulation
  • Timely availability of sales data

Background:

  • Commercial Training
  • Preferable: Working knowledge of CRM functionalities and processes
  • Experience with excel tool and manipulation of data sets
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build bridges between technical and non-technical staff
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Fluent German is a must, English (French/Italian is a plus)
