For an international pharmaceutical company located in Rotkreuz we are looking for a

 

Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/o) 100%

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leads key global digital marketing initiatives for all RDS and RIS Customer Areas, RDS functions (e.g. GCS, Market Access, R&D), M&CI Chapters, key regions and affiliates
  • Aligns and collaborates with respective Digital Marketing teams in Genentech as well as with respective communications team, especially DIA Divisional Communications and Group Communications
  • Leads or participates in Squads and partnership with the M&CI Solution Marketing Team and outside agencies to execute digital marketing activities including content planning, audience specific channel prioritization, digital analytics, social media management, paid/earned/owned acquisition, and email/nurture marketing
  • Mentors other team members to increase digital knowledge and capability
  • Contributes to the strategy and execution of key digital marketing programs that have significant business impact
  • Manages the creation, development, deployment and maintenance of key digital Marketing materials on-time, within budget and in alignment with business objectives, collaborating with External/Internal/Digital/Events teams when applicable
  • Drives adoption of digital best practices across the Group and beyond (e.g. RIS)
  • Ensures compliance with Roche branding, Divisional Standards, Digital Marketing Playbook and other Group and departmental processes
  • Manages agencies and vendors to deliver quality digital marketing and manage costs to a defined budget. Ensure vendors are compliant with all processes and procedures including legal, procurement, finance and brand standards
  • Creates and monitors digital marketing-based metrics to ensure effectiveness of campaigns & programs and budget, adjusts future plans accordingly
  • Keeps informed and shares digital marketing trends and competitive digital strategies to drive continuous improvement
  • Drives effective mobile marketing and social media campaigns in an integrated marketing approach

Must haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology or similar (*****)
  • Min. 5 years of Digital Marketing experience directly leading digital marketing campaigns and analytics reporting (*****)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills (****)
  • Working knowledge of Graphic Design software, Adobe Creative Suite and image file formats and resolution (Wordpress, Adobe Suite, Showpad, Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau) (****)
  • Proficient in Google Suite (**)
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; German and or Spanish is a plus

Nice to haves:
  • First experience in an agency, marketing communications, media or social Media
  • Familiar with Agile working methods and tools e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile Framework (SaFe), Design Thinking
  • Experience in the medical device or diagnostic industry preferred
  • Global work experience effectively working with different cultures across global, regional and local teams to meet needs and deliver successful programs
