Talent Management Professional

Purpose of the Job

The Talent Management Professional supports activities and initiatives in the area of talent management, leadership development, talent acquisition or corporate learning, owning and contributing to Talent Processes, Analytics and Talent Management Initiatives.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Supporting and driving Performance Management and Talent Management Processes including preparation of documentation, communication, monitoring, controlling and reporting
  • Proposing process set up for Talent Development Reviews and the preparation, verification and updating of respective data
  • Driving initiatives aiming at improving HR processes and the respective user experience including analysis of digitization potential of HR processes
  • Managing and optimizing user experience of HR Portal to ensure ready access to all relevant HR information for all HR Managers, publishing and creating updates and training materials
  • Managing and preparing Global HR Community Talent Management Calls to prepare the organization for the roll-out of Core HR processes and Talent Management initiatives
  • Supporting and driving company wide Talent Management initiatives
  • Providing upon request research, concepts, realisation evaluations, design work and analytics regarding emerging topics in the various fields of Talent Management
  • Actively contributing to and driving global health and wellbeing initiatives as a subject matter expert in the work stream Health of the WWW-project
  • Supporting the VP Talent Management in the preparation of presentations featuring talent management topics and reporting documentations for the management board

Basic Education

Bachelor or Master Degree in Social Sciences / Psychology / Arts  

Work Experience

First talent Management experience in a multinational company

Professional Competencies

HR, process and IT knowledge

Language(s) / Level

Excellent English skills, German skills nice to have

IT skills

Very good Powerpoint skills, general IT affinity, Success Factors: SAP, ADP
